Mayara Martines Ramalho de Oliveira received her Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management on May 6, 2022. She is an International, high-performing hospitality professional with years of experience focused on providing exceptional customer and career services along with recruitment techniques in Brazil, Walt Disney World® Resort, Valencia College, Marriott, and UCF. She currently serves as an administrative assistant for UCF Rosen College’s Professional Internships department, providing teaching support and assistance to Internship I, II, and III classes to 1,000+ students, along with additional services to students seeking employment, engaging with industry partners and employers to share their opportunities to Rosen College students. She is an integral planner for the college’s two annual career fairs, one held during the spring semester and one during the fall semester, which is attended by more than 90 recruiters and almost 800 students and alumni in addition to recruitment events for Walt Disney World and Universal Parks & Resorts.
