Mr. Timothy Bottorff

Biography

Mr. Bottorff has been with the Universal Orlando Foundation Library at Rosen College since its inception in 2004, first as Reference Librarian and then as Head Librarian from mid-2007 to the present. Mr. Bottorff oversees all functions of the Rosen College library, including administration, reference, library instruction, collection development, website design, marketing, circulation and more. Tim is active in the Florida Library Association and in a variety of other service, research and professional development activities within the library field.

Mr. Bottorff holds a Master’s of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Wartburg College. Prior to UCF, Mr. Bottorff worked as the Public Services Librarian at Carlow College (now University) in Pittsburgh and served two summer internships at the National Baseball Library & Archive in Cooperstown, New York.
