Dr. William Fisher has been faculty member of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida since 2001. Prior to Rosen College, Dr. Fisher taught at Cornell University, and also served as the CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the CEO of the National Restaurant Association. Dr. Fisher is the Darden Eminent Scholar in Restaurant Management at the Rosen College.
