  1. The modules provided are only samples and the actual delivery of the modules can be tailored according to client request. Each module can last 2-3 hours.
  2. The training is conducted through classroom learning, supplemented by site visits and/or guest speakers, designed to address issues related to tourism destination marketing and management, resort operations and attraction management required to deliver outstanding products and visitor experiences in a competitive business environment.
  3. Attraction tours in Orlando and Central Florida can be arranged and may include visits to the following companies: Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, Seaworld, Aquatica, Waldorf Astoria and Gatorland.
